Single Conductor with a low temperature, moisture resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation. Single solid, Class B Compressed or Compact concentric strand, aluminum per ASTM. High Dielectric strength low temperature cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, exhibiting an optimum balance of mechanical and electrical properties to assure extended cable life.
Jacket: PVC for FT1 rating
Applications: For direct earth burial (with protection as required by inspecting authority).** For exposed wiring where exposed to weather with sunlight resistant insulation. Standard Black #8 and larger is sunlight resistant and marked "Outdoor", coloured insulation is NOT for service entrance above or below ground.**
